What:    Fruit Sale

Pickup: Order pickup day is November 19^th

            The Southeast Middle School Bands and Chorus will be sponsoring their Ninth Annual Fruit Sale September 29^th through October 22^nd.  The purpose of this sale is to raise funds to purchase music for our music libraries and to purchase much needed equipment.  Enclosed you will find a pricing sheet and an order form.  It is important that you sell only to people that you know, so that delivery will be easy.   Some suggestions for potential customers are:  Family, Friends, Neighbors, Co-workers, Church Groups, and Businesses.  Our goal this year is 2,000 boxes.

  Money should be collected when the customer places an order.   Only orders submitted with correct funds will be processed.

            We will turn in orders forms (white and yellow copies) and money on Thursday, October 22^nd .   It is very important that all orders and monies be turned in on time.   Our Fruit pickup day will be Thursday, November 19^th at Southeast Middle School.  A reminder, with times and location of the pick-up, will be sent home at a later date.

            This Fundraiser is the life of our music department and is  our only  opportunity to raise the needed funds.   Our program has grown yearly and we now serve 1/2 of the school’s population (Over 350 students daily).   Any and all support is greatly appreciated.
