*Please review letters and sounds at home!

-Introducing letters Yy and Zz

*Y is for yellow and Z is for zebra!

-Math: Reviewing 1-20 visually (building block towers)

Introducing bigger / smaller, more / less, greater than / less than / equal to 

Comparing attributes (length, size, weight...)

-Science: Busy as a bee- honeybees are insects

-Weekly Reader: Safe in Summertime

-Scholastic Magazine: Busy, Busy Coral Reef

Books We Will Share: Flap Your Wings by P.D. Eastman and Little Blue and Little Yellow by Leo Lionni

-Handwriting: Prewriting- circles, squares, triangles, and diamonds

-Songs: It's a secret... See you at the PROGRAM!

 

 Important dates to remember...

-Monday, May 21st: Pizza for lunch!  No need to pack (unless you want to).  Drinks and fruit will be provided.

-Friday, May 25th: 4 Year Preschool Closes!

*Children's Program 9:45 AM in the VE room!

*Refreshments will be served following the program.

*Please send in 1 dozen cookies (per family) Friday morning at dropoff.

*The school day will end after refreshments.
