Welcome to Mrs. Stiglich's First Grade Website

Each day your child will bring home a homework folder and a student planner. I am asking that this folder be brought to school every day; as it is the organizational tool that will help make sure communication between home and school takes place.

It will also be the vehicle that will get your child's schoolwork home safely. We will write all homework assignments in the student planner each day. Before we dismiss each day, the homework is gone over and repeated to the students of what they have to complete. There should be no questions regarding the homework, however if there is, please email me.

Please take time each day to review the notes and school papers that your child brings home.

If students do not get their homework completed, then they will receive a “missed homework” assignment slip for that particular homework. If the student does not bring in that specific homework assignment the next day, they receive a broken rule slip.
