Adding to our list of growing accomplishments, OGMS has been named a 2008 National Blue Ribbon School, an honor awarded to only a select few schools across the nation. We also remain comfortably a Level V school equating to exemplary performance for a school, the highest rating attainable. We have met AYP (Adequate Yearly Progress) for another year and now have the highest algebra scores for eighth grade in the entire state.
