I am finally updating our website! The Rowan-Salisbury School System website (http://www.rss.k12.nc.us) has been going through some changes and made my page unavailable for a few weeks. This will probably be the last time I will update until after Thanksgiving.
We have been having some trouble with our behavior in class. Please remind your child daily to be on their best behavior and to always try to be a GREAT GATOR! Many of the children are adjusting well to Kindergarten. We may have some changes to our behavior system after the Thanksgiving break. I am hoping to provide students with some different rewards for great behavior. I have also decided that our consequences for inappropriate may need to be changed. It is important that your child understands that they are at school to learn. We LOVE to have fun but we have to know when it's time to get focused!
Check your child's bookbag for their agenda. Agendas need to come back to school daily. On Tuesday you will see a green alligator folder in your child's bookbag. This is their Tuesday folder. Please take out and read all information. The folder will need to be sent back to school on Wednesday. Also, remember to check the back pocket of your child's agenda for important papers and homework.
All About Mrs. Bryant
My name is Ashleigh Bryant. This will be my 4th year teaching Kindergarten at Isenberg Elementary. I graduated from East Carolina University (GO PIRATES!) with a degree in Elementary Education and a certification to teach K-12 Reading. I am currently working on my Master's degree from Pfeiffer University. I am married. I have a little dog named Brutus. Your children will hear all about him this year. He is like my child since my husband and I do not have any children.

If it is an emergency, please make sure to let our secretary know. If it is not an emergency, leave a message on my voice mail and I will return your call as soon as possible.
