Mrs. Gumpert's Class Notes: January 5-9, 2009

*What's new this week?

Reading: We will read the story Snowflack Bentley and learning the following skills: Multiple-Meaning Words and Main Idea.  

Language: We will continue working on proofreading skills. We will also be learning how to correctly use commas and prefixes.

Spelling: We will study words that have the final 'le'. Example - bottle (Unit 19).
