Here are some suggestions to resolve the issues. 1) ALEKS works best with non-mac browsers such as Firefox. Avoid using Chrome or Safari. 2) Make sure the java plugin has been installed properly. After the initial installation, the browser needs to be restarted before using ALEKS. If you are still having trouble, go to the ALEKS home page and click on "support" and you will find answers to many of your problems. |
