Science

This week in science, the class will...

- be taking a field trip to the LIGO Observatory in Livingston on Thursday.  The buses will leave the school at 8:45, and will leave LIGO at 1:00.

- begin discussing and researching forms and sources of energy, as well as the law of conservation of energy.

- begin our unit on forms of energy with electrical energy.  For this, we will be working with and studying static electricity, and current electricity/circuits.

Math

This week in math, the class will...

- continue practicing and working with factors, multiples, and factor pairs.
