Greetings:

Fall is here and the temperatures are getting cooler.  Help your child choose clothing that is appropriate for this weather.  It is cool in the mornings and warms up during the day.  A light sweater or jacket may be needed.

We are in full swing of teaching and learning.  Reading and Math are our main concerns.  Grades will be going home on Oct. 15th.  Be sure to praise your child for good grades and encourage those who have not made grades you feel they are capable of making. 

I look forward to seeing you on Parent Teacher Conference Day, Oct 19th.  I would like to discuss your child's progress in the Voyager Program.  Please feel free to come to my room before or after your conference with the regular teacher.
