Welcome to ICT 1

 

We are continuing to keyboard in the MicroType Keyboarding program.  Students will complete Lessons 11 - 14 this week. 

Students will also get extra keyboarding practice as they complete CheckPro and work in the Century 21 Textbook.  It is very important to be present and stay caught up each day. 

We will also begin an all time favorite.......Inspiration!  In the past this his been a huge hit with the students because they can be creative when making their Inspiration Charts.

The vocabulary test will be Tuesday.  Students will receive a daily grade for turning in their written vocabulary words given for the test.   Be sure you study a few each night.

You can also access them in Blackboard.    

 rcu.blackboard.com is the website we use to see the class assignments.  If you are absent, you can check it to see what we are doing that day.  Most of the work has to be done in the ICT lab but occasionally there are vocabulary words they can copy down.

 

After school labs are offered on Wednesday in my classroom, L12, until 4:30.  If your child plans to
stay, I must have a note from a parent/guardian.   
Please be on time for pick up.  NO LATER THAN 4:30!
