2008-2009 School Year Students will eventually be placed on teams and play Flag Football.
October 6th - October 24th (Basketball Unit) 7th Period -Warm up/exercises/stretching/conditioning, Basketball - Dribbling/Passing/Shooting Drills Students will eventually be placed on teams and play 4 on 4 Basketball.
October 27 - November 14th (Soccer Unit) 5th Period - Warm up/exercises/stretching/conditioning (Sprint Work – Ladders 10 yds., 20 yds., 30 yds., and 40 yds.), Soccer Unit – Go over rules (Field of Play, ball, number of players, duration of play, start/restart of play, ball in/out play, method of scoring, fouls, free kicks, penalty kicks, throw in, goal kick/corner kick, ). November 17 - December 12th (Kickball/Volleyball Unit) 3rd Period - Warm up/exercises/stretching/conditioning (Training for Mile) Volleyball Unit – Go over rules (Serve, Scoring, Rotation, Volley, Violations, and Court). Volleyball Drills – Serving, Volley, Rotation). Set up teams and begin games up to 25 (win by two). 5th Period - Warm up/exercises/stretching/conditioning (Training for Mile) Volleyball Unit – Go over rules (Serve, Scoring, Rotation, Volley, Violations, and Court). Volleyball Drills – Serving, Volley, Rotation). Set up teams and begin games up to 25 (win by two). 7th Period - Warm up/exercises/stretching/conditioning (Training for Mile) Volleyball Unit – Go over rules (Serve, Scoring, Rotation, Volley, Violations, and Court).
