November 17 - December 12th (Kickball/Volleyball Unit)

1st Period - Warm up/exercises/stretching/conditioning (Training for Mile)   Volleyball Unit – Go over rules (Serve, Scoring, Rotation, Volley, Violations, and Court).  Volleyball Drills – Serving, Volley, Rotation).   Set up teams and begin games up to 25 (win by two).  Kickeball Unit - Go over rules (baseball applied rules).  Students will play games of 10 against 10 when their mile training is over.

3rd Period - Warm up/exercises/stretching/conditioning (Training for Mile)   Volleyball Unit – Go over rules (Serve, Scoring, Rotation, Volley, Violations, and Court).  Volleyball Drills – Serving, Volley, Rotation).   Set up teams and begin games up to 25 (win by two).
