Reading - We are reading "The Talent Show" in our readers. There will be a test on Wed. on vocab and comprehension. We will have our own "talent show" next Friday. We are also working on reference materials and still focusing on our RIGHT strategy.

Spelling - /oo/ words this week! Pages 50-52 due Friday. Test also on Friday.

English - We are studying the meaning of various prefixes and suffixes. Quiz on Wednesday. We are also focusing on introductory paragraphs and the "hooks" we use to get our readers ready to read!

Math - Decimals test on Tuesday. Multiplication (0's-10's) quiz on Thursday. We are starting money on Wednesday.

Social Studies - Monday is our Native Americans review test. We are starting explorers on Tuesday. Up first is Columbus. We will have a flipbook for all explorers with our essential knowledge for each. Please encourage your child to keep up with them.

Spring pictures are next Monday. :)
