1/30-2/3 Reading: This week students will be working with short passages from other state test to focus on comprehension and vocabulary. Vocabulary quiz will be given on Thursday. We will still be working on Tools of Persuasion and Point of View this week. Vocabulary quiz and reading test will be from Tools of Persuasion and Point of view vocabulary words. Language- We will being working on comparative adverbs and double negatives this week. Test on Tuesday. Complex sentences will be introduced. Spelling test will be given on Friday. *Homework will be due on Thursday.
