Welcome Back to School!

Homebase: 

We will be sending home soon a permission slip for students to attend Forestry Camp.  Forestry Camp will be held at Fort Hamby.  We will go on Tuesday, September 22 and Friday, September 25. Cost for the trip will be $5.00 and the cost of a school lunch.

Social Studies:

When we return to Social Studies we will begin our study of Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome.

Science:

We are studying Ecology.  We will be looking at how living things interact.  We will also begin a Forestry Themed Unit in all our classes.  Students will study dendrology, learn how to use a compass, biltmore stick, and learn lots of facts about trees.
