About Me

This is my third year teaching fourth grade at Mirror Lakes Elementary. I earned my Elementary Education Degree from Oakland University in Michigan. I moved down here in 2005 with my husband and children. I previously worked in the medical field for over sixteen years. I found my true passion for teaching the minute I stepped into the classroom.

What's Happening!

Check my website out weekly for things happening in the classroom. You will also find the spelling and vocabulary link.

School Vision

To inspire and educate all students for success

School Mission

To promote and motivate life-long learning in a nurturing environment

 Classroom Vision

The class vision is for all my students to have a love for learning, make positive choices, and be an inspiration to others while continually setting the bar higher to achieve a successful and fulfilling future.

Classroom Mission

I will come to school on time and be prepared to learn. I will follow the classroom procedures. Nothing but my very best would be accepted.  My homework and class assignments will be completed. I am an active learner in my classroom. My classroom would not be complete without my ideas, thoughts, and participation.
