Enrichment


     Students in ENRICHMENT receive extra help in reading or math skills primarily through the use of a Compass Learning computer program.  They work on their own level at their own pace. Specific skills are targeted to coordinate with the North Carolina Standard Course of Study and, therefore, the EOG.

     Students are assigned to ENRICHMENT for one quarter.  They are selected based on their previous years EOG scores.  Since each class has no more than 15 students, one-on-one help is available.  ENRICHMENT has proven to be an effective means of improving math and reading skills.
