WELCOME TO MATH GRADE 8!!

Grading procedure:  Grades are weighted as follows:  tests: 40%, quizzes: 30%, homework: 30%

Supplies needed:  textbook,  looseleaf paper, pencils, ruler, protractor, compass, graph paper, calculator

Hints for parents:  Homework is assigned almost everyday and is due the following school day.  Late work is accepted only in case of absence.  STUDENTS MUST ALWAYS SHOW WORK TO RECEIVE CREDIT.

STUDENTS NEEDING EXTRA HELP IN MATH SHOULD COME TO ROOM 37 TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND FRIDAY MORNINGS FROM 8:30 TO 9:30.

Course 3 Math: 

Monday: Lesson 12-7 (Multiplying monomials and polynomials) # 3-26, 28-34

Tuesday:  Chapter review # 1-30

 Wednesday: Chapter 12 Test

Thursday:  Review for finals

Friday:  BEACH DAY!

Wednesday: Lesson 12-6(Adding&subtracting rational expressions)#1-27 odd

Thursday: Review for finals
