WELCOME TO THE PRESCHOOL SCHOOLNOTES PAGE! WEEK of May 28-June 1st, 2012 Have an awesome long weekend! Happy Memorial Day! The theme this week will be Dinosaurs.***Important Information*** In-Service Day/Memorial Day-No School on Friday, May 25th for a Teacher In-Service or Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day PIZZA- we will have pizza on Friday, June 1st. The cost is $2.50 for pizza and a snack. TAG DAY- Wednesday, May 30th is a tag day. The cost is $1.00 to dress down. SUNSCREEN- Don't forget to put sunscreen on your child in the morning in the nicer weather, especially if your child tends to burn easily. We will be spending a great deal of time outdoors. FACEBOOK- check out our HM Preschool facebook page for updated pictures of events such as the May Procession and Muffins with Moms! UNIFORMS- we are looking for gently used uniform donations for next year's class. Anyone who would like to donate their child's used uniforms, it would be greatly appreciated! END OF YEAR SHOW/PARTY- Our end of the year show will be held on Wednesday, June 6th at 9:30am in the church followed by a party at preschool. Information will be sent home this week. All families are invited to attend. All Students should be in school by 8:30am. We will walk over to church as a class. Students should wear their Sunday best to the show: Girls-skirts/dresses; boys- polo/golf shirt or nice shirt (no t-Shirts) and khaki/cargo shorts/pants. (No play clothes please) Dismissal is at 11:00am after the party. A sign-up sheet for party snacks will be posted on the communication center this week. UPCOMING EVENTS: 5/25-No School for a Teacher In-Service 5/28-No School-Happy Memorial Day 6/4 & 6/5 Dismissal at 11:30am 6/6- End of the Year Show/Awards 9:30am in the church; End of Year Party following the show; Dismissal at 11am PRE-4 Homework- I am missing homework from a few students. Please make sure your child's homework book is turned in this week if it was not already.
