Welcome to my School Notes page. I will update it periodically. I have returned to Southeast Middle after being gone for 1 year. I was in in higher education in 2002-2003. I missed my middle school kids. I came back to help the youth.

First of all, I want to thank everyone for their effort this school year. The budget cuts have made many things a real challenge this year. If it wasn't for the administration, curriculum coaches, teachers, students, and parents, then this year could have been really tough. We got through EOG testing. Most of the students performed well. There was a lot of growth overall. I am excited about next year.

We are currently on chapter 7. The students are learning about 1 and 2 dimensional figures. They will do in-lnclass projects and group assignments. The big geometry project will be in February. Next is chapter 8 (Area, Circumference, Surface Area, and Volume).

The students need to have their book, pencil, paper, graph paper, agenda, binder, and calculators everyday.
