Dear 4th Grade Parents,

     There will be an experiment on Thursday.  The materials needed are a cylinder of salt, a boiled egg, a wooden spoon, a teaspoon, and a glass (tumbler size) that's clear.  The experiment is on density.  There was no homework for tonight.

Dear 5th Grade Parents,

     The hay infusions are running better than even I expected.  The "aroma" has settled down, too.  Thank goodness.

     There is an assignment on page 85 of the textbook.  It's Think and Write 1-5 and the math link is included.

Language Arts 5-21 We are on a new unit (nouns.)  The homework is to work on page q56 ABC (short.)  There is a grammar workbook assignment, too.  It's pages 63 and 64.

Spelling 5-21 The lesson is on VCCV words and the assignment is to work on the first two pages 58 and 59.  There will be no vocabulary on this spelling test.

Reading 5-21 The class assignment is to reread Ultimate Field Trip-5.  There will be a test on Wednesday.  A vocabulary test will be on Friday for the 8 words from Pipiolo and the Roof Dogs.

A reminder-Please have poems in as quickly as possible.
