Parents and Students; You will find an attached course syllabus for World Geography 7 that will be given to the students on the first day of school. The affirmation page is to be signed by both students and parents, filled out with contact information, and returned to class on August 19, 2008. The supplies that are needed for our class are listed on this syllabus. Please make sure your child has these supplies no later than August 25. If for some reason you cannot have the supplies by then please feel free to send in a note with your child. I look forward to working you and your child over the course of the 2008-2009 school year. WE STILL HAVE A NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT TURNED THEIR TEXTBOOKS IN. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THESE BOOKS GET TURNED IN BEFORE SCHOOL IS OUT. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN STUDENTS NOT BEING PROMOTED AND NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES NEXT YEAR.
ALSO, STUDENTS ARE NOT TO BRING ANY BOOK BAGS TO SCHOOL WITH THEM NEXT WEEK BUT THEY WILL NEED PENS AND PENCILS IN ORDER TO DO THE EXAM.
