April 20 -24

Our field trip to the Stockton Children's Museum will be on Wednesday.  Please make sure your child is in uniform.  They will need to bring a disposable sack lunch and drink.  Please label both.

We are finishing the first grade math program this week and starting the second grade math program.  You will notice the beginning of the second grade math program to be a review of concepts we have already learned.  It will start basic, and will gradually introduce new concepts.  We will spend extra time for the remainder of the year counting coins.  I encourage you to have your child practice counting coins at home.

This week is Catholic School's Week.  The schedule is as follows:  Monday:  $1.00 for free dress and please bring at least one canned food for Project H.O.P.E.  Tuesday:  Come ssee us at work day.  Classes will be open from 8:30 - 11:00.  No young children please.  We also have Open House from 6:30 to 7:30.  Wednesday:  Shake up the Staff Day.  Teachers will be mixed in different classes to instruct Religion.  Thurday:  Staff Day.  Friday:  Free Dress (Red, white and blue is encouraged).  We will have a Rally in the afternoon and then fun activities in the classrooms.
