I am truly enjoying teaching and getting to know my students.  They all have such unique personalities.  They are a great bunch!!! 

Please encourage your child to read as much as possible.  I am trying to instill a love of reading.  Talk with  your child about the kinds of things they would like to read about and then help them find those books.  Keep books in the car to read during trips or while waiting for other siblings to get out of activities or school.  Make reading fun!  We are participating in the Book It program.  Students have the opportunity to earn pizza certificates for reading twelve books.

Please study multiplication facts daily.  We will be playing games that require the students to be able to recall the answers very quickly.
