Fall is in the air!!! School is wonderful. I am so proud of each of my students. They are all kind, loving, and compassionate children. All of my parents have much to be proud of!

 Please continue to look at your child's agenda daily. This is a very important tool to make your child's year successful. If you want to initial each day you can, but it is not required unless a problem arises. 


I will continue to post homework weekly, but remember it is subject to change. Always use the agenda first. It will have the up-to-date information.

Nov. 16  Monday

Read for at least 30 minutes

Language Arts: Introduce verb tenses. Assign 9 sentences to write.

Math- Problem solving p. 75  4 and 5.

Social Studies- Colonist Unite p. 82-85

Science- Tide Pool reading and questions


Nov. 17 Tuesday  

Read for at least 30 minutes

Math : Problem solving continue. Do p. 76  10 and 11.

Language Arts: Change paragraph to past tense. 

Science: Continue with work on tide pool.

Social Studies: Study the 13 colonies. Use map to study by. Quiz tomorrow.




Nov.18 Wednesday  

Read for at least 30 minutes

Math: Class Scape assessment at school. Continue to study multiplication facts.

Language Arts: Introduce irregular verbs. Write 12 sentences.

Science: Exploring ocean resources. Reread p. C 108-113. Review voc.

Social Studies: Quiz on 13 colonies. No homework. 



Nov. 19Thursday   

Read for at least 30 minutes

Math: Chapter 3 review together. Get study guide signed. Test tomorrow.

Language Arts: Worksheet on irregular verbs

Science: C4 study guide, get signed. Test next Tuesday.

Social Studies: The Road to War. Reread p. 85-86



Nov. 20 Friday   

Read at least 30 minutes

Math: No homework

Social Studies: American Revolution. Reread p. 88-89

Science: Get study guide signed. Test next Tuesday.

Language Arts: no homework

Science: Review C4 study guide, get signed if not already. Test tomorrow.
