Hello Parents. From time to time we will revisit the areas of organization and preparedness to ensure the students' materials are being maintained in an organized fashion. My main goals for this time are to serve as a support for the acquisition of skills and concepts being taught in the inclusion classrooms and to address specific IEP objectives not addressed in the inclusion classrooms. Activities will include preteaching, reteaching, remediation and practice, study skills' development, test prep sessions, independent reading, word processing activities and more.... Please feel free to email me at loudheusden@ci.stamford.ct.us with any questions or concerns. Thank you. Ms. Oudheusden Due to Connecticut Mastery Testing we have been missing Academic Enrichment approximately every other day. When we do have it, we are working on skills related to the next subtest they'll be taking. We're currently working on reading comprehension and DRP skills. We are also practicing test-taking skills in general. As you know by now, Academic Enrichment class is given a report card grade. Students are expected to complete homework when assigned (which is usually nightly except for weekends). Please check your child's agenda and/or this website to ensure that s/he is completing homework by due dates. Thank you. 3/11: No AE homework. 3/12: Class cancelled due to CMTs. 3/13 No AE homework. 3/16 Class cancelled due to CMTs (LAST DAY OF CMT TESTING :-)
