Pooh continues his visits home each week. When your child brings him home, write about his visit in the Pooh journal. Take some pictures and read some of his stories. All the children will get a turn but it will take some time. We are learning about waiting our turn which can be very hard when you are in Kindergarten.

Click the screen to hear the story, The Mitten by Jan Brett. You can also access many other books through the Barnes and Noble site when you are finished!

Paper towels, tissues, zip lock bags and wipes will be needed throughout the year. I have spread it out over the year to help with storage. Families from A-D please send in during September, E-H during November, I-L during January, M-R during Feb/March, and S-Z during April/May. I will post reminders! Thank you so much. (If you have already purchased these items and would like to send in now, we will gladly accept them!)

Try the new site I came across for some learning games. The link is at the bottom of the schoolnotes page under Favorite Links. The site is www.ABCya.com. There are many different games with different levels to play. Have fun keeping skills sharp over the school year!
