Week of May 25th - 29th *SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED MONDAY, MAY 25th FOR MEMORIAL DAY.* WHAT WE ARE DOING THIS WEEK: Math - We will continue to analzye Ratios in our final math unit of 5th grade! Our unit assessment will be on Friday, June 5th. ILA - We will share our theme posters from our trade book this week as well as read another story from Junior Great Books and analyze its message and characters. In Science, we will begin our family life unit and wrap up the Revolutionary Unit in Social Studies. *Also, Invention Convention projects are due by Friday, May 29th. * Spelling - Theme 6, week 3 homework will be due on Friday, May 29th. The test will be that day too. REMINDERS: 2. We will have the So Long Run on Thursday, May 28th at 1:50 - we had several of our students qualify! Yay!! 3. Invention Convention projects are due no later than May 29th. We will be sharing our inventions that day with other classes. Students may work alone or in groups on this project.
