Homework Directions for the Week of

October 26, 2009-October 30, 2009

Monday: Read a book or chapters of your choice and complete the “If I Were…” sheet by stepping into one of the character’s shoes.  Describe what you would do if you were the character and why.

Tuesday: Complete your math club homework.

Wednesday: Use at least 7 of your spelling words in sentences.

Thursday: Complete the Respiratory System sheet.

Friday: No Homework

Reminders

Our trip to Fifer Orchards is Thursday, October 29^th.  Please send in your permission slips and money as soon as possible. 

Friday, October 30^th book orders are due.

Friday, October 30^th we will be having a Harvest Party in the afternoon from 1:30-2:30.  We will be painting our pumpkins from Fifer Orchards and having a few snacks.  Please contact your child’s room parent if you would like to provide a snack.

Please return your child’s conference form as soon as possible.  Student led conferences will be on Monday, November 9^th.

There will be no school on Monday, November 9^th or Tuesday, November 10^th due to student led conferences/teacher in-service. 

There will be no school on Wednesday, November 11^th in honor of Veteran’s Day.
