Our theme this year at Hurley Elementary is: DREAM. BELIEVE. DARE. DO.                    -Walt Disney  I am so glad to see everyone back at Hurley Elementary.  It is going to be a fantastic year!  Students will continue to see me in the Media Center on a rotating weekly basis.  Parents are always welcome to contact me here at school if there are any concerns/questions.  Children know that they may leave me a note in "Nemo" which is located just outside my ofice. Guidance lessons for the month of October revolve around the character word: Responsibility.  Classes will discuss and read about ways students can work toward becoming more responsible people.  Are you a good role model? The Rowan Baptist Association will again host a Christmas store.  Applications have not yet arrived, but call the guidance office if you would like an application sent home with your student.
