If you missed out on the chance to bid on your child's class' Silent Auction item, you still may.  Just come by the office, we have the items and bid sheets.  Don't forget that the auction is a week from Saturday, Nov. 14, at 6:00.  Tickets are available in the office.

We would like to express our sympathy to the family of Shiv Desai, one of our first graders,.  He was killed in a traffic accident last night.  His father had no injuries that we know of.  His 3 year old brother had minor injuries.  He is expected to come home today.  His mother is expected to be released today.  The visitation will be Monday, Nov. 9, from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Family Funeral Care (4925 Summer Ave, Mphs. TN).  The prayer service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10.  The entire service will be from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m on Tuesday, Nov. 10.  The family is requesting that no flowers, plants, or food be sent.  If you would like to send a memorial, they would like it to go to LeBonheur.

We will be having a workday at the high school on Saturday, November 7.  This will begin at 9:00.  We have about 15 trees that we would like to plant in the island areas around the school.  We need able bodies and shovels.  Please RSVP so that we will know if we have enough people to do the project.  You can call the elementary school at 735-0642.(THE ORIGINAL NUMBER WAS A TYPO)

Silent Auction Tickets are available in the school office.  A single ticket is $30 and a table of 8 is $225.  The auction is November 14.  Each class will have a class item; which will displayed during Parent/Teacher Conference Day.

We sell Pizza from Little Caesars every Friday.  The orders are due by Thursday. I order at 11:00, so please make sure you have your order in by then. Please send cash.

Kroger cards are still available in the office.  You can also purchase gas with your Kroger card.  

The Gas Cards are available in the office.  They are $50 (this has changed) each. When your card runs out, please purchase another card in the office. If you write a check, make it payable to WMCS.
