Welcome to the CLMS Band Page!




Congratulations to those who auditioned for All County Band. All of the CLMS students who tried out made it. If you are interested in trying out for All District on January 16th let me know and I will get you the requirements. You can try out for All District even if you did not try out for All County.

The All County Clinic will be March 22-23 at Carson High School.


Students in the 6th grade may join band late when the quarter is over but a parent needs to contact me and it is recommended that they have a few before or after school lessons to help them catch up. Their choice of instruments may also be limited  to instruments needed the most for proper instrumentation.

Jazz Band will start Friday,November 13. New members may join at that time.

Beginning 7th graders may still come for extra help on Tuesdays and  Thursdays at 3:15 until 4:15.

Please look at the posted calendar for after school help and other events.
 
So far we have concerts planned on October 26th and December 17 at 7:00 PM.Our Carowinds date is April 16th.  Please put these dates on your calendar. I will give you others dates as they become established.

Make sure you add your name to the notification list. You will then be notified when the page changes  and you child will also get extra credit. If you sign up also drop me an email and let me know who your child is.
