Band
Beginning band provides students in grades 5 -8 the opportunity to be involved in a fun and educational extracurricular musical activity. No previous musical experience is needed as this class starts from the very beginning of musical training. Band students learn the fundamentals of music theory and basics of instrumental performance. St. Joseph School has a wonderful relationship with Rettig Music to offer a wide variety of instruments for your child to choose from. We work closely to provide low-cost instrument rental packages with the highest quality of service. Band Practice

• 5th grade - Mondays & Wednesdays, 2:15 - 3:00 p.m.
• 6,7,8th Grade - Mondays & Wednesdays, 8:15 - 8:50 a.m.

Choir
Choir is offered to Middle School students in grades 6 - 8. Practice is during a student's regular music class.  The St. Joseph School Choir will be visiting WTGV - TV 13 in October to sing/tape two songs. Drivers will be needed.
