HHS Choral Department Schedule:

Advisory - All students should bring the following supplies with them each day:
- books
- pen/pencil
Grades will be checked once a week or as requested by student

Advisory Rubrics will be applied to decide S/U grade for advisory.

OVERALL GOALS FOR HHS CHOIRS
CHORALE, TREBLE TONES, A CAPPELLA
Objecive: TSWBAT sing with a properly produced vocal tone using the technical as well as expressive elements of music.

OVERALL GOAL for AP MUSIC THEORY
Objective: TSWBAT make a qualifying score of the AP Music Theory Exam in May.

AUGUST 16 and 17

Class room rules, forms and fees and calendars will be set forth for the year.

Treble Tones/Chorale/A Cappella
Objective: TSWBAT sing a song at sight (ongoing)
Activity: Solfeg syllables and signals will be demonstrated and performed.

Objective: TSWBAT perform a vital member of a vocal ensemble

AP Music Theory
Objective: TSWBAT make a qualifying score on the Music Theory test in May
Activity: Complete practice test using released AP Music Theory Exam
