Today in Math we worked on adding negative and positive numbers.

Rules for doing so are positive plus positive gives a positive answer. Negative plus negative gives a negative answer. For a negative number and a positive number, you find the difference and take the sign of the larger absolute value. If students did not finish Workbook page 5-4, they are to finish it for homework.

In Social Studies, we prepared notecards to study for a test. There is no homework for Social Studies.
