*6th graders are finishing Goal #2 of the Health curriculum; Personal and Consumer Health; After completing a written test we will have a notebook check and then grades will be averaged for this nine week grading period.  You can preview your child's grade by averaging all grades evenly on their grade record to get their final grade for the nine weeks.

*To complete Goal #2, we will be studying sun safety/skin cancer and the menstrual cycle.  We will be using power point presentations, overhead demonstrations, and group interaction in the study of these strands.
