Welcome to my web page.  Here you'll find information that will be useful to keep your child on track and have a successful year.

What to expect in my class:  (Goal for the year)

Every student will be given the opportunity to learn in an environment that will enable them to become successful with the math concepts needed to meet the set standards in Florida schools.  Students will construct new learning from a basis of prior knowledge and experience.  They will learn and implement standard math functions that will be enhanced in future math classes.  Students will learn the fundamental math skills that will enable them to  connect to real world experiences and help prepare them to be productive citizens when facing everyday challenges.

 Requirements:

Students will be required to do daily homework assignments that will assess their understanding of the concepts being taught.  They are expected to come to class everyday prepared to learn.  This includes having the necessary supplies for math class and walking in with the right attitude and willingness to learn something new.
