Be an “Active Parent.”

Would you like to access your child's current grades, attendance
record, and discipline records from your home or office? All Lamar
County schools offer Active Parent, which is an online procedure
for parents to access those records.

If you'd like to participate, please follow these directions:
   • Go to http://www.lamarcountyschools.org and click on
      Active Parent under “Parent Links.”
   • Click on “Sign up for an Active Parent Account.”
   • Enter information requested and follow the instructions.
   • IMPORTANT: After completing the online registration,
     go to the OGLE office with a photo I.D. to request activation of
     your account. Your account cannot be activated until you have
     completed the registration steps above.

If you have children at different schools, you can have them all registered on the same account. If you already have an account for
older children, you can add an OGLE child to your existing account.
Just go to the OGLE office with a photo I.D. to make that
request.

Active Parent is a secure site so that your child's information is
transmitted in an encrypted format. If your Internet browser does
not recognize Active Parent's security certificate, you should accept
the certificate to securely access the web site.
