General Class Information:

For creating a Connected School I have shown the students some of the challenges that face us as a music class.  We don't have a lot of time, but there is a lot of information to cover.  Therefore, it is very important that students come to class prepared to learn.  They must bring their recorders with them every week to get the most from our class time together.  They are to read, write, play and sing as well as reflect on their own playing/singing and that of others in a respectful, thoughtful manner.  Please encourage your child to take full responsibility for earning his/her grade.  If you have questions about what is expected of your child, please email me at:  garciatc@rss.k12.nc.us.  I will be happy to discuss these with you.
