Mrs. Ford’s Overview for the Week of Oct. 26, 2009 Red Ribbon Week is the week of October 26-30, 2009. On Friday, Oct.30 will be “Scare Away Drugs.” Students will be allowed to wear Halloween costumes to school on Friday, Oct.30. Parents, your child can wear costumes, however face paint, weapons, strapless or small strap shirts/dresses will not be allowed. A Red Ribbon Schedule was sent home last week.
Parents, students need to know their Multiplication Facts from 1-12 Times Table. Each week, I will begin giving a Multiplication Facts Quiz. Some suggestions might be to play internet multiplication games like Funbrain.com, getting Flash Cards, using dice, or just reciting the multiplication facts.
Fall Round up is on Friday, Nov.13. We need your help with donations for our Garden Basket. If you have any questions please email Mrs. Lavelle at kklavelle@bellsouth.net
