Dear Families,

        CONGRATULATIONS to our LADY KNIGHTS!

   This week we will focus our attention on preparation for NTIL events.  Our Ready Writers will compete this week.  Let's support them with our prayers and our good wishes.  Our spellers are also working hard at memorizing their words and our Art Memory students have a great deal to remember.  The children are dedicated to doing well and will be given prepatory tests in anticipation of their day of competition.  St. John Bosco, pray for us!

  All sixth grade students were in formal dress uniform for Mass this past week and we congratulate them on their devotion.  Thank you, parents, for this attention to their appearance.  

   We enjoyed our "movie day" and shared a restful afternoon.  We look forward to doing this again!

   We would love to have an auction before Thanksgiving vacation and are asking for any "gently used" or new items that the children can bid on for our auction.  These can be small staplers, something for their lockers, a toy, game, knick-knack for parents, stationery, garage sale items, or just about anything that children would like to take home as a prize.  

   We have also gained our "Lunch with the Teacher" and are requesting a parent volunteer to bring 6 lunches from a local restaurant.  I will supply a list of items chosen from the menu, the necessary money, and the time the lunches will be neeeded (12:05- on any Friday). 

   Thank you, again, for all you do for Our Lady's School and for your prayers, care, and support.  You are in my prayers and will remain there.  We have many family intentions in our "Prayer Notebook" in the classroom and will continue to pray for you the entire year.  Blessings to all.
