Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year!! I look forward to a fantastic year and appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your child.  I am teaching 6th grade Science this year.  The supplies I require for this class are listed below.  If you are having difficulty obtaining these supplies, please let me know.  I will do my best to make sure every child has what they need to be successful. 

Science Supplies:

folder with 2 pockets and prongs in the middle

filler paper

pens and pencils

crayon, markers, or colored pencils AND a ruler (for home use)

My lessons are on the calendar and I try to keep it updated throughout the year to help keep you informed on our progress.  You have to look in the upcoming events section to see my daily lessons.  Also, within the next couple of weeks your child will receive a planner.  Students will be required to copy homework assignments into their planner.  Check your student's planner often.  Please, feel free to contact me with any questions, or concerns.  I welcome parent contact.  You may call me at 772-1848 or email to shellyas@leeschools.com.
