**If you have not brought in cans yet, please do so this week** OUR GOAL IS TO COLLECT 100 CANNED GOODS FOR THE NEEDY BY THE 100TH DAY OF SCHOOL (FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY).  IF EACH STUDENT BRINGS IN 3-4 CANS WE WILL REACH OUR GOAL AND HELP MANY PEOPLE!  THANKS!

**I do prefer students to have a 'healthy' snack for our morning snack time.  Since we eat sometime between 9:15 and 10 am, I strongly discourage chips, cookies, brownies, etc. and ask the kids to save those for after they eat their lunch.  As a group we have discussed healthy choices- fruit, veggies, yogurt, cheese, crackers, granola bars, etc.  Thank you for your support in this area!**
