It is expected that grade 6 students are reading for 30 minutes each night. They can choose from a variety of materials such as novels, newspapers or comics. Good readers become good readers by READING. It's a great idea to join the home reading club where students can track their reading and win great prizes for just doing their homework. Home reading is part of their grade for Language Arts. So...pick up a book and start reading.
