Keep hands, feet and object to self. 2. Use visible and supervised walkways. 3. Listen to directions from all adults. 4. Report unsafe items or problems to an adult. THOUGHTFUL AND BE PREPARED: Do I think through my actions and responsibilities and seek to be ready and aware at all times? 5. Bring appropriate materials to school. 6. Wear appropriate attire. 7. Be prepared for class each day. 8. Remain aware of academic progress. ALWAYS RESPECTFUL: Do my actions show respect for myself and for others? 9. Show consideration for others and their property. 10. Use kind and polite rules. 11. Use quiet voices in buildings and hallways. RESPONSIBLE: Do my actions meet the expectation to take care of myself and be a dependable member of the community? 12. Tell the truth. 13. Do your own work. 14. Keep your area clean and pick up after yourself. CONSEQUENCES One Strip: Warning Two Strips: Time away from class to reflect on behavior Three Strips: silent lunch and parent contact. Four Strips: Alternative PE and teacher conference Five Strips: Isolation (possible office referral) ***Severe Clause: Disruption to teaching and learning shall be seen as a severe disruption. All severe distruptions will be referred to the office immediately. ***For safety reasons, if your child exhibits continuous inappropriate behaviors, this may result in the loss of field trip or field day privileges or other extracurricular activities. There should be NO toys, trading cards, etc. brought to school. All toys they receive from teachers should be kept in their book bags to be taken home. |
