Labs are when the students pair up in class and do activities from their text. They are always oral. **If a student is absent he/she must write down and turn in the labs missed. He/she will get a biweekly grade for overall lab work from now on. This is based on involvement. If your child does not make up a lab, his/her lab grade will reflect this.

*Bell Work:  Choose any object that is in this room.  Describe it in no less than 30 words.  

-Read together from Writing text, p. 172... and p. 255...

*Class Work:  Work on articles for "Triffles" newspaper.

*Homework:  Complete rough drafts.  

Parent Note:  All activities, bell work, notes, class work, and homework must be made up when absent.  Group and class work will be done individually and turned in labeled accordingly.
