WELCOME TO BAND!

Pep Band will NOT rehearse this Friday, October 17. Our next rehearsal will be Friday, November 7. I will be giving you music to learn for the Cleveland Christmas Parade which is Saturday, December 6. 

The Band is recycling aluminum cans to help raise money for our program. Please collect and send your cans to the band. If you would, please wash and crush cans before sending. Thanks!

8th grade will be performing a patriotic concert on November 3 at West Rowan High School. Students will need to wear concert dress of black dress pants, white dress shirt, dark shoes and socks. Young ladies may opt to wear a long black skirt. If you need help obtaining the concert uniform, please contact me as soon as possible. The number is 704-633-4775, ext. 135. Students will need to be at the high school by 6:45 pm to warmup and tune. We will meet in the high school band room.

At home practice is required of all band students. The goal is to practice one hour each week. Students are required to record their practice time and turn in the record each Monday when they come to band. Practice records are 10% of the quarter grade. Parents need to sign the card each week.
