Welcome to Health Education(860) 896-2352 ext 341 A message from Mrs. St. John...
I am thrilled to be working with the students who are enrolled in the tenth grade Peer Leadership, Safety and You classes, and the eleventh grade Social Health and Social Issues classes. Health education offers an interactive classroom environment where students are challenged to expand their comfort zone while building and practicing communication skills. Ultimately students are encouraged to understand their personal beliefs and how those belief systems influence the decisions that they make. Students then examine how their decisions create their daily experiences. Our goal is to get ELLINGTON TEENAGERS TO MAKE GOOD DECISIONS! Below, under downloads, I have attached my course outlines. Each course outline includes an overview, unit list, student responsibilities and grading information. Should you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call.
