Hello,

My class is filled with fantastic students who are working very hard. 

 We have started our Language Arts Centers in the morning which include: spelling, listening, computer, Lightspan, books, phonics, and reading with me. The children really enjoy their teacher directed independent learning time. Our social studies and science is also incorporated into these morning times. 

Our afternoon consists of guided math instruction with Promethean board practice, then independent hands-on math group learning activities.

 Our class schedule:

7:45-8:30- morning routine

8:35-9:05- enhancements

9:10-9:30- calendar math, weather, book

9:30-9:40- snack

9:45-11:00- learning centers and reading

11:00- writing

11:30- Magic Tree House

11:45- lunch

12:15- outside

12:45- math

1:50- PBS, Agendas pack-up

Please keep your child reading every night so he/she may go to the library each morning.  Don't forget to sign the blue folder.

Don't forget agendas need to be signed Monday-Thursday.
