     As a Special Education Teacher, I have several roles in our school.  As a Case Manager, I meet with my students during one of my Seminar periods to provide instruction, assistance, and advice.  I collaborate with other teachers to ensure that students' learning needs are met.  As part of a team approach, I also consult with the guidance counselors and other special services that may be involved with our students.
