Your child has a 2 - week homework newsletter for math homework assignments.
Parent conferences will be on Nov. 3, 3:30 - 7:00 PM.  
 Interims will be sent home on Wed.  Nov. 12, and Nov. 24.  Please sign and return with your child.  Feel free to call with any concerns.  It will take all of us working together to ensure your child has a successful school year.    Thanks for your help encouraging your  child to do his/her best.  Math homework is given daily.
 
    Thank you for allowing me to teach your child; I look forward to seeing you.       
I will give small quizzes 2 or 3 times a week to all 3 blocks on the lessons we have covered.
 

Dear Parents:

 

Effective Monday, November 10, 2008, the link to the Copernicus SchoolNotes website will be removed from the Cherokee County School District Home Page.  SchoolNotes has served us well in the past, but it has begun to post advertisements that we do not control and that may be inappropriate for our community. Our district will begin a search for a new web-based service to replace Copernicus SchoolNotes as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, we know how important it is for you to have the opportunity to communicate with your child’s teacher(s) as frequently as you would like.  I have attached a list of our teachers and their e-mail addresses for your convenience.  You may also call the school to arrange to speak with your child’s teacher by phone or in person during planning periods or before/after school.

 

Please let me know if I can be of help to you in getting the information that you need from your child’s teacher(s) or in making arrangements to talk or meet with them. Thank you for your understanding of this change as we continue to make every effort to ensure the best possible quality internet support in our district.
